Do you have minor children of this marriage? Read the conditions carefully and choose YES or NO to enter the appropriate section of divorce help.

Choose YES if you and your spouse have one or more children who meet all these conditions:
  • born or adopted during the marriage
  • under the age of 21
  • not emancipated


    • YES, I do have minor children of the marriage.

    Choose NO if you have no children or your children do not meet all the conditions in the YES box.

    NO, I do not have minor children of the marriage.
